Gatherings, workshops, healing circles, and seasonal resets — rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, held in community.
Whether you're curious about Ayurveda, looking for meaningful connection, or ready for a deeper reset — there's a door here for you. Come as you are.
Every offering points somewhere.
These aren't random classes. There's a path underneath all of it.
Start with a free Saturday gathering — an honest community conversation with no agenda. Go deeper with a monthly workshop where Ayurvedic wisdom becomes personal and practical. Experience something more immersive on a Friday evening or under the full moon. When you're ready, commit to a seasonal reset that changes how you live.
You can enter anywhere. The path reveals itself as you walk it.
Classes and Workshops
-
The Gathering
Some conversations change things.
The Gathering is a free monthly community conversation at Peace & Balance — an open, honest dialogue about what it means to live well, feel whole, and navigate the real challenges of being human. Each month a different topic, always through the lens of Ayurveda.
No lecture. No agenda. Just a room full of people willing to ask better questions.
Herbal tea provided. Come as you are.
-
Wellness Wednesday
Where understanding begins.
Wellness Wednesday is a monthly 60-minute workshop at Peace & Balance — a structured teaching that goes deeper than the conversation started at The Gathering. Each month a specific topic, always rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, always designed to give you something practical to take home.
You'll leave with real knowledge about how your mind-body system works — and one practice designed specifically for your type, not everyone.
-
Come Home to Yourself
Some evenings stay with you. This is one of them.
An intimately curated Friday evening — Kundalini yoga, guided meditation, and live gong immersion led by Denise & Alfred. Two hours of intentional descent into stillness. Chai and conversation linger after.
There is something that happens when like minds gather in sacred space. The energy shifts. The room holds everyone. You arrive carrying your week and leave in a different state — lighter, quieter, more yourself than you've felt in a long time.
-
Healing Ring of Tantra
For thousands of years, healers have gathered in circle under the full moon.
The Healing Ring of Tantra is one of the most powerful collective healing rituals of the Kundalini tradition — an ancient technology that harnesses the group to amplify healing beyond what any one of us can achieve alone.
We begin with Kundalini Yoga. A live gong meditation follows. Then the ring forms — and something happens that is difficult to explain and impossible to forget.
This work is done only on the full moon, new moon, or the eleventh day of the lunar cycle. The timing is precise. The healing is real. Led by Denise & Alfred. 11 people are required to hold the Tantric Circle

You Through the Lens of Ayurveda
What if the signals your body has been sending — the cravings, the energy dips, the mood shifts, the restless nights — weren't random, but part of a deeper conversation?
This introductory workshop offers a new way to understand your wellbeing. Not through rules or trends, but through rhythm, nature, and self-awareness. Rooted in Ayurveda, one of the world's oldest systems of health, you'll begin to see your body and mind in a whole new light.
This is the class that starts everything. No prior knowledge needed — just curiosity about why you are the way you are.

Rhythm of the Season: 28-Day Guided Reset
Your body already knows what season it is. The question is whether you're listening.
This 28-day guided reset follows the Ayurvedic seasonal calendar — a structured, community-supported journey through four weekly phases. Clean up, reset, rebuild, integrate. Each week building on the last toward a body and mind that feel clear, grounded, and alive.
This is not a fast or deprivation plan. It's nourishment — designed to work with your body, not against it. Done in community, supported throughout, and rooted in timeless Ayurvedic wisdom.
You don't need to fix yourself. You just need to come back to rhythm.

Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is one of the oldest and most comprehensive yoga traditions — a practice that works with breath, movement, sound, and meditation to awaken energy, regulate the nervous system, and clear mental and emotional patterns that keep you stuck.
Unlike physical yoga styles, Kundalini works from the inside out. You may feel it in your body, but the effects reach much further — into how you think, how you respond to stress, and how present you feel in your own life.
